Lymington III v Burley Cricket Club 2nd XI on Sat 18 Jun 2011 at 1400
Burley Cricket Club Lost

Match report Lymington batted first in a rain affected game. Kris G-Dodds ripped out the top 3 and after 10 overs we had restricted them to 43-3. At drinks they were 80-3 and we were in control of the game. We then lost our way a little and at the close of their innings they had reached 214 for 7.
Following the calculations we were left chasing 173 off of 29 overs which was always a tough ask. Robbie Gunn batted well for 28 and Kris G-Dodds for 47. Nobody else offered much in the way of runs and we were dismissed for 106. This was a shame because had it not been rain affected I think we would have run them close. Now dropped to seventh in the table.
