Burley Cricket Club

Dad is captain of the 1st XI team and Mum is Club Secretary!

Jane arrived at Burley supporting husband Kieron but has since become immersed in the club.  Jane is 1st XI tea lady, scorer and no. 1 supporter and at the 2010 AGM agreed to take over as the club secretary.
Will be for ever in Burley folklore for the best tea in the league... and beyond.  And for organising the tour!!

I am a fan of Burley cricket club. I only get to see a couple of matches a year, when i come up to the New Forest on holiday.

We're in our 80's and keen followers of Burley CC, particularly Sunday 1st Friendly Games ( Friends of Stuart Pateman )

Old man Tuck is Burley through and through.  Revered throughout the New Forest as a wily old bowler who took plenty of wickets in his time.  Now hails as the Honorary club captain but saves his sporting prowess now for the skittles alley and pool table.  

Wayne has played for the club man and boy!! Running in up the hill since the age of 11 Wayne has taken on plenty of roles in the club.  He has skippered the 1st XI, been part of the committee, groundsman, opening bowler, opening batsman, premier spinner and many more. 
Will always be remembered for getting married on a League Saturday.
